Poster Printing Funding Request

In collaboration with the Graduate Leadership Institute, the GSC is excited to offer a poster printing grant of up to $100 to two graduate students each month. These poster printing awards are intended to aid graduate students in covering printing expenses for posters to be presented at academic conferences, symposia, workshops, etc. To qualify, students must demonstrate that they will be presenting personal research.

To apply for this award, please fill out the form below.  In addition, please send the following pieces of information through email to gsc_academic@vanderbilt.edu : (1) proof of conference registration and (2) a statement from your department or advisor certifying that you have no access to any other funding resources.

All poster printing funds must be approved by the GSC travel award committee prior to the conference.
