Graduate student mental health feedback
The GSC is collecting personal statements about graduate student experiences with the UCC. All personal identifying information (name, year, department, and email information) is completely optional. Submitted forms will be sent to gsc@vanderbilt.edu which is operated by the President and Student Life Liaison of GSC. They will be able to see all submitted data. All statements will be anonymized by the Student Life Liaison before being shared with the rest of the GSC executive board and Vanderbilt University Administration.
In these accounts, please describe your personal experience with UCC (positive or negative) and any concerns you have about Vanderbilt graduate student mental health care. If you have concerns, please consider including details such as types of UCC services received, dates or length of time using services, quality of services, protocols/limits that have impacted your service, and other outside resources you have used or pursued.
