The Judicial Branch consists of:

• The Judicial Court – Charged with the enforcement of the rules of the VSG governing documents and ensurement the legality of all VSG activities, with respect to all VSG and University policies, having sole original jurisdiction in all cases arising under this Constitution and its associated Statutes.
• The Elections Commission – Charged with overseeing and publicizing all VSG elections and with interpreting the Constitution and Statutes to establish and enforce clear campaign rules.
