Health & Wellness Vending Machine
VSG’s Campus Services Committee and Generation Action with support from Student Affairs at Vanderbilt are extremely excited to announce the launch of our Health & Wellness Vending Machine. The machine is available to all Vanderbilt undergraduate and graduate students. Here’s what you need to know:
- The machine is located outside of the Branscomb Munchie Mart to provide 24/7 access
- Products include $12 Plan B, COVID tests, pregnancy tests, and a variety of other health-related products/medications
- Accepted payment methods are physical credit/debit card and Apple/Google Pay
Our goal is to provide 24/7, low-cost, stigma-free access to these products. However, we would like to remind students that the over-the-counter Plan B and the prescription emergency contraception Ella are available for free at Student Health during operating hours. In addition, COVID and STD tests can also be done at Student Health for free. Appointments for this can be scheduled online or over the phone by calling 615-322-2427. Additionally, the Women’s Center provides free emergency contraception and pregnancy tests and other resources Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm.
