On September 19th we held our annual Family Weekend at the Lake! Parents and family came to Percy Priest Lake to get a taste of rowing. They also had an opportunity to take a few strokes on our barge. Thank you to all of the parents who made it out to the lake for a memorable morning.
Vanderbilt Rowing also held naming ceremonies for three of our boats:
Head Coach Jon Miller was joined by Friends of Vanderbilt Rowing president Alex Garza to dedicate the pair, Three’s A Crowd, to Vanderbilt Rowing Class of 2012.
Another pair, Motley Crew, was named by the Swebilius family.
Our single, Lynne Yeomans Craver, was named by Dr. Craver and the Craver family.
