Our orchestra is composed (pun intended) of a wide range of musicians in the Vanderbilt community. We welcome undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and staff from Vanderbilt University as well as members of the nearby Nashville community. The majority of our orchestra are undergraduates with an interest in classical music and performance, but whose home school is not<\/em> the Blair School of Music.<\/span><\/p>\n We typically hold one concert each semester – see the “Concerts” tab to view repertoire, photos, and recordings. We rehearse every Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm in the Music Rehearsal Hall at Vanderbilt University.<\/span><\/p>\n We hold auditions each semester. We welcome all musicians to try out, whether novice or master. Members must audition each Fall, but we offer a Spring audition for members who didn\u2019t participate in the Fall.
